Scope of Work

Services will be performed as described in the estimate or service agreement. Any additional services requested that are not included in the estimate WILL result in additional charges.

Scheduling & Access

Services will be scheduled at the company’s discretion based on weather, workload, and seasonal conditions. The customer agrees to provide access to the property on the scheduled service date(s), including unlocking gates and removing obstacles such as vehicles, toys, or debris.

Weather & Delays

Services are weather-dependent. The company reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions without liability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for clearing the lawn of personal items, furniture, and debris before service. Maintaining pets and children indoors or safely away from the work area during service.

Payments

Payment is due as stated on the invoice (typically upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing). Late payments WILL be subject to interest, late fees, or possible suspension of service until the account is current.

Estimates

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if the condition of the property requires additional work or materials not visible at the time of the estimate.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice WILL result in a cancellation fee.

Liability

The company is not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn (such as hoses, decorations, lights, or lawn furniture). The company is also not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects in the yard (rocks, toys, irrigation heads, etc.).

Guarantee of Work

The company guarantees that services will be performed in a professional manner. If the customer is not satisfied, they must notify the company within 48 hours of service. Reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns promptly.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice. Any outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the customer.
